Intro to the course:

The NPA Bricklaying at SCQF level 5 is suitable for those who wish to follow this as a career. The course introduces learners to general workplace health and safety, a range of bricklaying techniques such as decorative brickwork and the safe use of hand-tools and equipment, In addition, this NPA develops knowledge and understanding of the construction industry; practical, technical and transferable skills; oral, written and evaluation abilities; resource management; problem solving and planning; organisational and communication skills.
