This course builds on the key skills developed in HNC Professional Cookery and provides a platform to further study at University Level, or into the hospitality industry.

Entry requirements : HNC Professional Cookery or HNC Professional Cookery: Pastry which must include the one of the following units: Managing Human Resources in Hospitality (SCQF 7), or Kitchen Operations (SCQF 7), or Work Placement (SCQF 7
Interviews will be arranged by the course leader.
Fees for full time is £1285
