Complaints procedure

South Lanarkshire College is committed to providing an excellent education and high-quality services to our students from enrolment to graduation.

We value complaints and use information from them to help us improve our services. If something goes wrong or if you are dissatisfied with our services, please tell us.

You can complain by phone, in writing, by email or by using our complaints form.

Freedom of information

The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 gives you the right to ask for, and to be given, information from public authorities in Scotland.

You can ask us for recorded information about anything, including information held on paper or electronically. If we hold that information, we will supply it if it is not subject to one of the exemptions in the Act.
