This course provides a strong foundation for working effectively in a care practice setting. You’ll explore why people access care services and develop the skills needed to support the health and wellbeing of others. In addition, the course offers opportunities for personal growth—helping you build confidence, self-reliance, and interpersonal skills through a variety of practical projects.

This course is designed to help you grow both personally and professionally.
