Practical assessments carried out under observation Digital Essential knowledge

Why should I choose this course?

This course is an introduction to hairdressing and make up skills. Completion offers progression to SVQ2 Hairdressing at SCQF level 5 or Level 6 Media make-up.

What are the entry requirements?

  • no formal entry requirements
  •  two National 4/equivalent qualifications would be beneficial
  • enthusiasm and motivation for the make-up industry
  •  creative ability is an advantage

What are the interview arrangements?

Group interview with skills test. 

Additional information will be provided by the Hairdressing department

Fees for full time is £1008
