Unfortunately, due to the ongoing industrial action, South Lanarkshire College has had to postpone the graduation due to be held on 24 October 2023 to 27 February 2024.   As you are aware EIS-FELA, the trade union which represents college lecturers, are taking part in industrial action in the form of Action Short of Strike Action (ASOS), which means they are not entering results into College systems. 

As a result of this the College is unable to confirm attendance of students at the planned graduation on 24 October 2023.  The College is aware that this is very disappointing for all students, but it is hoped that by postponing the graduation until the national industrial action is resolved, all eligible students will be able to graduate, and experience a graduation ceremony which is enjoyable, memorable and well-deserved.
