Anyone who is wishing to return to education or currently working in a voluntary capacity that wishes to gain a further understanding of working with communities.
An introduction to units in psychology , community working , safeguarding , health promotion with a placement element.
Progression to HNC Working with Communities or HND Social Science.
A combination of open and closed book methods of assessment.
This is an exciting opportunity to return to study and progress to either employment , volunteer opportunities or further study.
Community work opportunities within statutory , voluntary and third sector organisations.
Reference and criminal convictions form. PVG once on the course prior to placement.
No interview but can have an informal discussion if required.
