Next step course options

You can add to the units you achieve and study further units to achieve the Certificate in Leadership and Management building your qualification.

How will I be assessed?

Assessment instruments will involve you completing a relevant work-based task that will allow you to apply and reflect on your learning.

Each unit is divided into learning outcomes that describe what a learner should know, understand, and/or be able to do at the end of a programme. Learning outcomes are a regulated component of a unit and therefore may not be amended.  Each learning outcome is articulated by its assessment criteria, which are descriptions of what you are expected to do to demonstrate that the learning outcome has been achieved.
