Intro to the course:

This course will run over 6 weeks on Friday afternoons, Funky Fridays. 

You will engage with several different departments across the college which will help you chose what's best for you.  The theme is Step Beyond Tradition, we would like to support you in learning about the new Green Jobs which are available in our journey to Net Zero. Over the six weeks you will develop knowledge and understanding of:

  • Energy and the advances we have made on keeping our homes warm
  • Architectural drawing and how the green agenda has changed the job of an architect
  • Insulating Building treatments
  • VR- BIM Modelling 
  • Sustainability

Completion of the 6 weeks course means you will be invited to a small presentation and issued a certificate for your portfolio.
