Intro to the course:

This 6 week course will help you prepare dishes that are suitable for every day living.  You will be led by our award winning chef who will provide you with easy to follow menus that can be followed at a relaxed pace. You will improve your knife skills and learn how ingredient are matched together to maximise flavours. This course will provide you with tips and hints to save money by reducing any waste.

Who is the course for?

This course is for those who wish to improve their cooking skills and add to their repertoire of dishes.

What will I study?

This is a sample menu and can change due to season products.

  • pressed warm chicken terrine with garden peas and mint
  • marmite and mustard beef pie with bordelaise potatoes
  • charlotte russe
  • winter vegetable broth with sun dried tomato and parmesan bread
  • fresh tagliatelle with salmon, spinach, peas and asparagus with parmesan
  • coconut tart with spiced pineapple, mango sorbet and tropical fruit salsa

Why should I choose this course?

A number of people lack confidence in cooking and creating new dishes that are healthy and nutritional. If that is you, then this course is for you. We will give you a new confidence in planning, choosing ingredients and cooking which will impress your friends and family.
