Intro to the course:

This course is for those who are keen bakers and want to expand their repertoire and explore the range of breads and try your hand at making your own. Taught by award winning pastry chef, Helen Vass, you’ll be introduced to the world of breads.  

In this course, you will learn how to make different types of breads.  

The course will be part demonstration by the  chef lecturer and part hands on.

By the end of the course, you will have the basic understanding of different types of breads and have the confidence to experiment in your own kitchen.
