Ideal for those who have completed an introductory course in BSL.
This course will enhance your BSL vocabulary and communication with D/deaf people. Course includes:
BSL Level 2 (SCQF Level 5)
Assessment of communicating with another user of BSL and understanding information provided in BSL.
The course will introduce you to BSL which is now a preferred language for D/deaf people and promoted by the Scottish Government.
Employment after further study as an interpreter, carer or teacher within the education, media or healthcare sectors.
Introduction to BSL SCQF level 3 Course entry may be subject to interview.
No formal interview.
