Intro to the course:

Taught by award winning pastry chef, Helen Vass, you’ll be introduced to the world of patisserie.  

In this course, you will learn how to make different types of pastry items such as scones, sweet pastry, choux pastry, puff pastry and savoury pastry. 

The course will be part demonstration by the pastry chef lecturer and part hands on.

By the end of the course, you will have the basic understanding of different types of pastry and have the confidence to experiment in your own kitchen.
