Who is the course for?

This course is ideal for anyone wanting to start a career in social science. It will suit school leavers or those looking to change career or progress into the industry.

What will I study?

You'll learn about social science, useful if you want to do an HNC or HND Social Sciences. You'll study sociology, history and psychology. You'll learn through groupwork, lectures, industry visits and guest speakers.

How will I be assessed?

Closed- and open-book assessments. You will be assessed on an ongoing basis using practical assessments, assignments and case studies. There is no final examination.
