The main aim of the qualification is to equip learners with a range of occupational, relevant skills, knowledge and experience through establishing a balance between practical and essential skills. The coures will meet the vocational needs of those already in employment in the hairdressing industry.

Successful candidates may progress to SCQF level 6 hairdressing
Entry Requirements
- NPA Cosmetology would be an advantage
