College Sign ‘See Me’ Pledge| 3.11.11
South Lanarkshire College joined the supporters of the ‘See Me’ campaign when the ‘See Me’ pledge was signed on Thursday 3rd November, in a ceremony attended by ‘See Me’ campaign director, Suzi Vestrey.Signing the ‘see me’ pledge demonstrates the College’s commitment to reducing the stigma of mental ill health. The signing ceremony took place during the College’s annual health week, when students and staff had the opportunity to take part in a host of health promotions, events and awareness raising initiatives.
South Lanarkshire College Principal, Stewart McKillop said, ‘I am delighted that South Lanarkshire College signed the ‘see me pledge’. The College is committed to providing positive and supportive learning environment where our students can achieve their full potential’.
