CIS Excellence in Hospitality Education Award  | 17.06.11

South Lanarkshire College Chef Lecturer, David Auchie, has been awarded the CIS Excellence in Hospitality Education Award. 

David received the Award on 26 May at a ceremony attended by 500 people in the Hilton Hotel in Glasgow.  There were a total of 12 award categories including Restaurant of the Year, Chef of the Year, Group Hotel of the Year, Restaurant Newcomer of the Year and Healthier Scotland Award.  

The Award recognises the outstanding contribution made by David in supporting learning and hospitality skills development.
