Board of Management

The Board sets the strategic direction, vision and values of the College and is responsible for all aspects of corporate governance.

The Board has 16 members including two members of staff, a student member and the College Principal. The Board meets four times per year and each of its five committees (Audit, Development, Facilities, Finance and Human Resources) meets four times per year.

The duties of Board members are set out in the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 1992 and the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 2005. As well as attending Board and committee meetings, members attend graduation and award ceremonies and generally take a close interest in the life of the College.
